SMS

DISABLED

No text messages are sent. SMS cannot be enabled until a provider is explicitly connected and tested.

Microsoft Teams

Loading

Only tested, explicitly enabled administrator destinations receive alerts.

Email notifications

NOT CONNECTED

Microsoft mailboxes are separate from a product email-delivery integration. No automatic notification emails are sent.

Turning Teams off suppresses pending operational alerts. SMS remains disabled regardless of these settings.

Only {{stage}}, {{start}} and {{reference}} placeholders are supported. No passenger fields.

Alert destinations and delivery history

Initial audience: James and Jaliyah at conductordispatch.com. No SMS or UVA notifications. The three-day alert is yellow; one-day and twelve-hour alerts are red. Acknowledging the shift or receiving a shift request suppresses further unassigned alerts.

A destination email is a label, not a Teams routing rule. Configure the actual private chat and its members in Teams Workflows. Test it and personally verify the correct recipients before enabling. Adding an admin requires updating the Teams chat or adding a separately tested destination.

Delivery history

Accepted means the workflow accepted the HTTP request—not that Teams delivered it or a person read it. Unknown outcomes are not retried automatically. An authorized retry may duplicate a message.
